This unit comes fully furnished and equipped with 2 bedrooms(1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 1 pull out sofa bed), 1.5 bathroom, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air, gas heat, ceiling fans, deck, large driveway, cable TV in every room, Verizon DSL high speed internet access (hard-line & wireless), your own private fenced in backyard not shared by other tenants, use of outside shower, storage sheds, very clean and neat. You will be issued 4 beachtags to get on the beach and 1 beach cart to use for your convenience. I will supply you with clean comforters and pillows for the beds, you must bring your own sheets and pillow cases. I also supply all of the kitchen accessories (micowave, pots, pans, china, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). No need to worry about having keys made for every member of your family during check in. No need to to worry about any previous renters having access to the unit during your stay. This unit is equipped with a programmable combination lock on the front door which is changed after every rental.
