Summer Rental Price List and Availablity for 2012
Weeks inserted with names means that these weeks are reserved and no longer available for rent.
Prices or names in red means that the contract went out in the mail, but I have not yet received the 50% deposit back along with the signed lease agreement. These weeks are tentatively reserved for a limited amount of time and shall be placed back up for rent again if I do not receive the 50% deposit and signed lease agreement by the specific date of execution that is issued. Feel free to bid on these weeks or contact me with questions regarding a pending week in red.
Prices in green are available for rent. These prices are subject to change without notice. Prices ARE NOT negotiable regardless of the amount of weeks you reserve. If you see a vacancy at the last minute, I will let the property remain vacant during that time period rather then negotiate a price. There seems to be some misunderstanding with this subject so I want to make this official once and for all. Prices ARE NOT negotiable UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, PERIOD !!
