Rental rates shown below are for available dates.  Rates are subject to change by management at anytime unless a deposit was received.  No one under the age of 25 is permitted to rent.  Once the Reservation Request form is approved, the word "pending" will be shown on the schedule below.  Once a deposit is received, Tenant's "initials" or the word "reserved" will be shown on the schedule below, and the unit will no longer be available for booking by other guests.  Please check the Rental Policy and fees page for pet fees, cleaning charges, and security deposit, and the Rental Agreement for all terms and conditions.  Unlike other websites we do not charge Admin or Host fees.  Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to rent outside the summer season.  You may also email Melanie at BrigantineMel@gmail.com or call 732-895-5857.
