Rental Policy and Fees
 

This page will cover payment schedule, pet fees, cleaning fees, security deposit, and cancellation policy.  Unlike other websites, we do NOT charge admin or host fees.

The guest will be required to pay 50% of the total amount due upon making a reservation.  The balance will be paid 30 days prior to the check-in date.  $35 fee for cancelled checks.  We rent Sunday to Sunday and multiple weeks from Memorial Day to the last Sunday in September.  Long weekends, full weeks, and holidays will be available from October 1st until May (before Memorial Day).  We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and do not allow prom celebration or bachelor/bachelorette parties.  Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a complete list of terms and conditions.

Pet fees

Pet fees are $150 per pet per week with a maximum of two (2) pets per unit.

Cleaning fee

$150 per unit    

Security deposit

$200 refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation notice is received by email to: BrigantineMel@gmail.com more than sixty (60) days before the check-in date, all monies paid will be refunded.  In the event of cancellation by tenant at sixty (60) days or less prior to the check-in date, all monies paid will be forfeit.
